I started Pilates with Sally when I was 5 months postpartum with my first bub. My initial goal was to get back some core strength and start to feel like myself again. But since then, I have been with Sally for almost 2 years, doing Boxing, Pilates classes, and Personal Training sessions.
Sally is amazing, and has been able to tailor my program for my changing fitness levels, and to help me achieve my goals. I am currently in the second trimester with bub #2, and plan on training with SBS for as long as possible with revised training as I grow.
